Old Rock Clay is made by combining natural rock minerals with pottery materials. It is formed through multiple processes of high-temperature oxidation, reduction, and multiple firings.
It incorporates the dedicated focus and warmth of the artisans, which cannot be replicated by a standardized production line. Every inch of shaping and every ounce of force leave their unique marks on the artifact.
The clay body exhibits a raw, rustic, and naturally coarse texture.
